Turn warehouse photos into a clear list of things to check.
QC means quality control. Warehouse photos give you a chance to compare the item that arrived with the order you intended to place. Read the pictures alongside the order details, not in isolation.
What a QC label tells you
On this spreadsheet, a QC badge records the number of QC photos reported by the product catalog. The card’s main image is a product image; the badge does not establish that this image itself is a warehouse photo. Open the product details to check the available material.
A photo from another purchase can help you identify questions to ask. It cannot confirm the condition of an item in your own order.
What a photo can and cannot show
A photo shows the visible areas included in the frame. A label image can help you compare a size or model with your order; it does not demonstrate how an electronic item functions or what is inside unopened packaging. Check the inspection scope attached to your order before assuming a particular test was performed.
This means a useful photo is still only one piece of evidence. Treat comfort, long-term durability and actual use as questions that an exterior picture cannot settle.
Use a practical photo checklist
Use the following checklist with the photos available for the item. Mark any missing view or measurement as a question to resolve.

For clothing, write down which measurement you need and how it should be taken. For footwear, a clear label photo can answer a different question from an overhead view. Choose the request around the decision you need to make.
Ask for a photo that answers one question
If you need an extra view or measurement, check whether that request is available for the item and review any charge before submitting it.
For example, a focused request might be: “Please photograph the jacket laid flat with a tape measure across the chest, and make both ends readable.” This is an illustrative request, not a description of a completed inspection.
Before sending it, identify the order and confirm the exact measurement points. A vague request for “better photos” gives the photographer less guidance and may leave the same question unanswered.
What to do if something looks wrong
Record the discrepancy clearly: the variation ordered, what the photo shows and the image that supports your concern. Keep the original pictures as well as any annotated copy you make.
Check the return eligibility and deadline recorded for your order promptly. Do not assume that requesting another photo changes the return deadline.
