Joyagoo Fees and Shipping Costs Explained

A spreadsheet price is useful for comparing products. Your purchase budget also needs room for getting the item from the seller to you.

Separate the cost categories

When comparing Joyagoo spreadsheet finds, separate the listing price from the other costs of the purchase. Record the amounts shown for your selected items and delivery choices, rather than applying a fee from a different order.

Use this budget worksheet to record each amount when it becomes available:

International delivery	The quote for your destination and selected route
Optional services	Each selected extra and its charging unit
Other applicable charges	Any taxes or payment-related amounts actually shown or confirmed

An unknown line should remain marked as unknown in your budget. Treating it as zero makes two products look easier to compare than they really are.

Why shipping quotes vary

Parcel weight, dimensions, destination and shipping method are inputs to check when requesting a shipping quote. A price per kilogram alone is not enough to calculate a complete delivery charge.

When comparing quotes, keep the destination, contents and packaging assumptions the same. Record the date, route name and quoted total. A comparison using different parcel dimensions will not isolate the difference between routes.

Distinguish an estimate based on provisional dimensions from a quote based on the packed parcel. If the contents or packaging change, request an updated quote before relying on the earlier amount.

Check optional services individually

If additional photos, rehearsal packing or storage extensions are offered for your order, record the selected service, its price and its charging unit. Do not assume that an option is included in the product price.

For each extra, ask: what uncertainty does this resolve, what does it cost for my order, and is it still useful at this stage? A measurement photo may answer a size question; it does not answer a shipping-price question.

Compare complete budgets

For each shortlisted item, add the product amount, delivery within China, international delivery and selected extras. Include other applicable charges once their amounts have been established.

Compare totals only when they cover the same scope. If one quote includes a service and another leaves it out, mark the difference before deciding which fits your budget. Keep incomplete totals clearly labeled as estimates.

Final budget check

• Confirm that all amounts refer to the same currency.
• Check quantities and whether an extra is priced per item, photo or parcel.
• Save the quote and identify which amounts are estimates.
• Check route-specific terms for any insurance you choose.
• Revisit your total before both the product payment and the parcel payment.
